✔ The Armani Hotel occupies floors 1-8 floors. Also, 9-16 floors are occupied by them for Armani Residences.

Floors 17-18, 40-42, 73-75, 109-110, 136-138, 155 and 160-163  are utilized for mechanical operation.

Floors 19–37, 44–72, and 77–108 are utilized for residential purposes.

Floors 38–39 are occupied for Armani Hotel Suites. Staying in the world’s tallest building at Georgio Armani’s hotel is costly. Rooms usually begin at around $600 per night, and suites can cost multiple times that.

✔ The sky lobby is provided on the 43, 76, and 123 floors. The sky lobbies have been developed based on Middle Eastern themes and local heritage, much like the rest of the interior design of Burj Khalifa. The motifs and design concepts utilized are Arabesque.

On floors 111-121, 125-135, 139-147, and 149-154, corporate suites are provided, consisting of 33 rooms for its use.

On floor 122, the restaurant named Atmosphere is located.

On floors 124 and 148, the top observatory is provided.

On floors 156-159, communication and broadcast are provided.

✔ To set up a promotional advertisement or a message about the Burj Khalifa, One has to pay a cost of AED250,000 ($68,073) for a single three-minute display, according to the marketing agency which handles the lighting displays.
